Our vision is to solve transportation in metropolitan areas and offer a product that people will love.
To achieve this we are working on a teledriven (remotely driven) mobility service for end customers which is entirely new to the market.
In this video we are showcasing our approach to ensure a smooth customer experience: Our B2C team developed a launch-to-learn strategy incorporating several testing phases to gather feedback along the way and iteratively work towards our commercial launch. We are also sharing insights and first achievements in each of the testing phases we have been working on.
