Las Vegas is a city that rarely rests—with 24/7 operations on the Las Vegas Strip to ever-growing residential communities, many across the valley rely on transportation every day to get to work, run errands, attend appointments, and stay connected with friends and family.
Over the past several months, Vay has steadily grown its service area across the Las Vegas Valley, bringing the convenience of remotely delivered vehicles to more residents and neighborhoods. Recent expansions have extended service north of Downtown Las Vegas, into Northwest Las Vegas, throughout Chinatown, and further into eastern portions of Spring Valley.
These additions represent another step in Vay’s mission to make transportation more accessible, flexible, and convenient for people throughout the city, whether they live here or visit from afar.
Growing with Las Vegas
As demand grows, Vay’s team continues to focus on bringing its service to new neighborhoods while maintaining a seamless customer experience. Expanding into new areas requires careful planning, operational readiness, and a deep understanding of how people move throughout the city.
Over the last few months, that work has resulted in meaningful growth across several parts of the valley. Residents in Northwest Las Vegas now have greater access to Vay for daily transportation needs, while expansions north of Downtown Las Vegas help connect even more vibrant communities to the service. The addition of Chinatown brings Vay to one of the city’s most influential commercial and cultural districts, and ongoing growth into Spring Valley East continues to extend access to more households and businesses, as well as allowing visitors to experience more hidden gems around town.
Every new neighborhood means more people can request a vehicle when they need one and drive themselves wherever they need to go.

Reaching More Las Vegas Residents
As Vay continues to expand throughout the valley, the focus remains on serving the transportation needs of local communities.
For many customers, having access to Vay’s service means having a reliable, affordable transportation option when they need it most.
As customer Willoughby G. shared, “The ease of access and affordability is the best part for me! Though I own a car, I need to be able to have a secondary option if my car is unavailable!”
For others, Vay has opened up entirely new possibilities. Customer Alanah N. said, “I’ve taken rideshares to work every single day for 6 years. But now I will be using Vay! Also great for when I have errands or want to do a day trip. I used to not have that option, but now I do. It’s life-changing for me.”
By increasing access across the city, Vay aims to support the everyday mobility needs of the people who call Las Vegas home.

Looking Ahead
The recent additions to North Las Vegas, Northwest Las Vegas, Chinatown, and Spring Valley East are part of a broader effort to bring Vay to more communities across the valley.
As customer demand continues to grow, Vay will keep expanding its service and reach additional neighborhoods, making flexible transportation available to more and more people across the Las Vegas Valley.
